Maddie Hansen

My name is Maddie Hansen, I grew up in Ely, Iowa and went to high school at Cedar Rapids Jefferson. I have a sister, Sami, and a brother, Michael, and my parents Jake and Dana Hansen. While at Jefferson, we went to State three of my five years, and placed 4th, 5th, and 7th. I earned 1st team All State sophomore-senior years, State All Tournament team sophomore year, 1st team All conference from sophomore-senior years, 1st team all metro junior and senior year, and 2nd team all metro my sophomore year. Right now, I attend Kirkwood Community College and play softball. I am transferring to Ball State University for the 2016-17 school year to continue my education and softball career. I plan to major in chemistry or something in the science field. After college I would like to coach softball and get my masters degree.
