12U Royals: Polishing Fundamentals

After learning the Blue Devil way, our 12U Royal team focuses on further developing throwing mechanics, sliding, hitting mechanics and base running skills. We preach how important each and every practice drill is—and how it directly translates to game situations. We start to develop in-game thinking skills, as well as teaching our players that there is both a time to mentally focus and a time to kid around.

Our 12U Royal team is a highly competitive bunch that plays at the highest level in the midwest. Part of our goal with all 12U players is to build an Attitude of Winning—a realization of what it takes to win.
