Travis Rentschler

This is my third year coaching in the Blue Devil organization. My youngest daughter Kennedy is on the 16U team having started in the club when she was nine years old.  Winning back to back state championships in her first two years, we were believers in the dedication and skills taught within the organization.  My previous coaching experiences have been two years with my older daughter Madison’s high school club softball team.  In her final year in high school, I got to see her team play in the 5A Iowa State Softball Tournament – the first time the school had qualified in many years.  Previous to softball, I spent four years with my son Alec’s youth tackle football team helping build a strong high school feeder program.  I am an Ace certified coach that enjoys competition, and the many ‘life lessons’ learned in team sports.  My wife Kara and I reside in Marion with our children.
